面膜篇

粗盐美白面膜

功效：美白
材料：粗盐20克，蛋清2个，蜜糖5克
用具：打蛋器，毛巾
步骤：

• 鸡蛋取出蛋清，加入盐，打到起泡后再加入蜜糖搅匀
• 洗净脸后，将热毛巾盖在面部五分钟后取下，涂上面膜，轻轻按摩面部，注意避开眼，唇四周
• 3分钟后，用温水洗净，再用冷水冲一下，按干后涂上保湿乳液
• 每星期做1-2次即可

温馨提醒：敷面时，不宜做任何表情，以免引起皱纹。敷面不可超过5分钟，次数不宜超出3次

Salt whitening mask

Effects: Whitening
Material : salt 20 g, egg white 2, 5 g honey
Equipment : mixer, towel

Steps:

~Remove the egg white eggs, add salt, then add honey, stir gently.
~Wash the face, place hot towel on the face for 5 min, painted mask, gently massage

~Avoid the eyes, lips & mouth area
~After 3 min, wash with warm water, then cold water , then applying some moisturizer

**1 -- 2 times a week

Reminder : do not make any expression when applying mask.. in order to avoid wrinkles.
